Rental for 400 guests, PhP 1,800.00/hour
PhP 2,400/hour for more than 400 guests.

Cost of electricity: PhP 60.00/hour in the morning and P 180/hour in the evening (Cost could spiral depending on the number of equipment used)

Caterer's fee (corkage fee for food and drinks) PhP 1,200.00

Janitors and guards
PhP 1,200 for 400 people during the whole event; and PhP 3,000 for more than 400 people.

Rental of sound system
PhP 3,600 for minimum of three hours and PhP 1,050 per hour for succeeding hours

Electrical charges for sound system
PhP 1,200 to PhP 3,600
PhP 1,050 /hour for the next succeeding hours

Rental of tables and chairs
PhP 60.00 per table

Monoblock chair with full length cover
PhP 60.00

Monoblock chair without cover
PhP 7.00

Rental of electronic equipment:
- Overhead/ slide projector: PhP 120.00 / hr
- LCD projector w/ 7' x 10' screen: PhP 3,600.00

Rental of additional cooling system
Coolmist: PhP 3,000.00 / 4 hrs.
Portable Air Cooler at PhP 1,000.00 / unit Additional Stage: PhP 2,000.00

Excess hours are computed for additional fee. Billing starts one hour before the function.

Good day!

Can you please give us a computation or a rough estimate of all charges based on the following details:

Name of event: Symposium for nurses and caregivers
Date: July 27, 2013
Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
No. of pax: 1,000 (in 2 batches—500 pax for morning session and 500 pax for afternoon session)
Amenities needed: sound system, LCD projector, aircon, 500 chairs (w/o cover), 20 tables (w/ cover), wifi (if available)

Please also give us a costing if you will be the ones to cater the morning and afternoon snacks (if possible).
